Finding Your Tickets
- •Go to 'My Tickets' from your profile to view all purchased event tickets
- •Each ticket displays a unique QR code that can be scanned at the event
- •Your ticket status shows whether it's been redeemed at the event
Browsing & Discovering Events
- •The Explore tab shows all public events happening in your area
- •Tap any event to see full details, attendee count, and ticket options
- •Create an account or log in to purchase tickets
Purchasing Tickets
- •Select your preferred ticket tier and quantity
- •Tap 'Checkout' to enter payment details
- •Use Apple Pay for fast, secure checkout on iOS
- •After payment, tickets appear immediately in 'My Tickets'
Creating & Hosting Events
- •Go to Hosting to create a new team/group for your events
- •Upload an event flyer, set date/time, venue, and ticket tiers
- •Add custom fees and discount codes if needed
- •Publish to make your event visible to the community
Event Approvals & Refunds
- •Some events require host approval before tickets are confirmed
- •Hosts can approve or decline guest applications in real-time
- •Refunds are processed automatically when events are cancelled
Payment & Technical Issues
- •If payment fails, check your card details and try again
- •Apple Pay requires iOS 12+ or Mac with Apple Pay enabled
